Allie and I just released the information about our Ranch Camps (boot camps) last night!!! We are so excited to be doing this and we hope and pray that it not only helps to keep us both accountable to staying healthy and paying it forward but that it can touch many people and help make huge changes in their lives!
We have worked so hard to get everything together and it feels wonderful to finally see it falling into place. God really has been blessing us with amazing things and I can't wait to pass those blessings on!
Allie and I have been working like crazy the last few weeks to put together our future plan. We are so excited and can not wait to make the announcement about what it is!!!
So tomorrow I have my first radio interview/talk session. I am soooooo nervous! The host Diana is hilarious and we r going to have so much fun but still its kind of nerve wracking! I hope I do ok!!!! :/
So I have been thinking a lot about what motivates us to make permanent changes in our lives. Obviously, as a parent I have my children as motivation but to be completely honest, if our children were all the motivation anyone needed then no parent would ever be over weight. Right? Or what about people that don't have children? How can we continue to keep our motivation up? I have decided that accountability is key! Join or create a support group. Allie and I are going to start doing boot camps (Ranch camps) and personal training to help keep, not only me, but them motivated.

Getting healthy and being a role model for her two children is 31-year-old Lisa Mosley's biggest motivation for losing weight. Lisa Mosley was born and raised in Oklahoma, and has lived in Norman since she was 13. She didn't start gaining weight until she was about 20 years old, and the stress of being a single parent took its toll.
A defining moment for Lisa Mosley was when she discovered her daughter had stopped eating and drinking because she didn't want to be heavy like her mom. That's when Lisa Mosley knew she had to change her life. Her current weight is 288 pounds, and she has high cholesterol and sleep apnea. She can't wait to be physically fit again, and looks forward to shopping at the mall in the same stores as her daughter, and running around the park with her son.
